988 PHILLY
JEME is working with the Scattergood Foundation and the local Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services (DBHIDS) to enhance awareness of the 988 national mental health crisis lifeline.
-
This multi-phase initiative included strategy meetings with institutions, government agencies, and citywide organizations; facilitating a series of one-on-one and small group conversations of Philadelphians and community-based organizations to learn how people navigate mental health and access resources and information; developing a citywide awareness plan that prioritizes people and counter-intuitive partnerships; designing vibrant brand concepts and a personalize assets; and implementing the 988 Awareness Plan that exposes Philadelphians to the 988 Lifeline where they work, play, learn, ride, pray, eat, and celebrate. JEME's primary goal is to work with partners to change the narrative around mental health, support the decriminalization of the mental health crisis, and do so with compelling imagery and messaging designed to connect to everyone.
